)What is the AI Academy?
The Clearframe Labs AI Academy is a corporate AI training program built and taught by the engineers who ship production AI every day. We run four core programs — strategy for executives, hands-on app building, workflow automation, and practical AI tooling for non-technical teams — plus custom workshops scoped to your stack, industry, and starting point.
Every program is grounded in real-world applications, not theory alone. Duration ranges from a one-day executive workshop to multi-week bootcamps with applied projects. We confirm depth, format, and outcomes together during the scoping call.
Which AI Academy course should you pick?
A quick comparison of the four core programs. Most organizations combine two or more.
| Program | Best for | Technical level | Typical outcome |
|---|---|---|---|
| AI for Business Leaders | Executives making buy-vs-build decisions | Non-technical | Evaluation framework + use-case shortlist |
| Build Your First AI App | Product teams shipping a first AI feature | No-code or full-stack track | Working prototype + launch plan |
| Workflow Automation | Operations and process owners | All levels | Automation roadmap + reliable workflows |
| AI Tools for Non-Technical Teams | Marketing, sales, support, HR staff | Non-technical | Better prompting + no-code automations |

AI for Business Leaders
A practical crash course for founders, executives, and decision-makers who need to separate AI hype from real opportunity. You'll learn how modern AI systems actually work — without the math — so you can evaluate vendors, set realistic timelines, and identify the highest-impact use cases in your business.
What you'll walk away with:
- —A clear framework for evaluating where AI fits (and doesn't) in your operations
- —Confidence to ask the right questions when talking to AI teams or vendors
- —A shortlist of high-ROI automation opportunities specific to your industry
- —Understanding of costs, risks, and realistic timelines for AI projects
Who it's for: CEOs, CTOs, VPs of product, operations leads, and anyone making buy-vs-build decisions around AI.
Hands-on · All backgrounds
Build Your First AI App
You have an idea for an AI-powered product but don't know where to start. This course walks you through the entire journey — from understanding what's possible with today's AI to scoping, designing, and launching a real application. No coding experience required. We adapt the depth based on your team's background, whether that means hands-on building or learning how to lead a technical team effectively.
What you'll walk away with:
- —A clear understanding of how AI apps work under the hood — models, prompts, APIs, and integrations
- —The ability to scope an AI product: what to build, what to buy, and what to skip
- —Hands-on experience with no-code and low-code AI tools, or full-stack development depending on your level
- —A realistic plan for taking your AI app idea from concept to launch
Who it's for: Entrepreneurs, product teams, companies exploring their first AI feature, developers expanding into AI, and enthusiasts who want to turn an idea into something real.
Automation · All levels
Workflow Automation
Most teams are sitting on hours of repetitive work that AI can handle today — they just don't know where to start. This course teaches you how to audit your existing workflows, spot the ones worth automating, and build reliable AI-powered automations that actually stick.
What you'll walk away with:
- —A proven method for identifying and prioritizing automation candidates
- —Experience designing end-to-end automated workflows using AI tools and integrations
- —Techniques for handling edge cases, errors, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints
- —A roadmap of quick wins and long-term automation opportunities for your organization
Who it's for: Operations managers, project leads, process-minded developers, and anyone responsible for making teams more efficient.
Practical · Teams
AI Tools for Non-Technical Teams
Your marketing, sales, support, and ops teams are already using AI — they're just not using it well. This course gives non-technical staff the skills to work effectively with AI tools, write better prompts, and build simple automations without writing a single line of code.
What you'll walk away with:
- —Prompt engineering skills that get consistently better results from ChatGPT, Claude, and other tools
- —Practical workflows for content creation, research, data analysis, and customer communication
- —Understanding of what AI can and can't do, so your team uses it with confidence — not blind trust
- —No-code automation techniques using tools like Zapier, Make, and built-in AI features
Who it's for: Marketing teams, sales reps, customer support, HR, and any non-engineering staff who want to work smarter with AI.
AI Academy: frequently asked questions
What is the Clearframe Labs AI Academy?
The AI Academy is a corporate AI training program run by Clearframe Labs. We offer four core programs — AI for Business Leaders, Build Your First AI App, Workflow Automation, and AI Tools for Non-Technical Teams — plus custom workshops scoped to your team's tools, industry, and starting point. Every course is taught by engineers who ship production AI daily.
Who are the AI Academy courses for?
Each course targets a distinct audience: executives and decision-makers (AI for Business Leaders), product teams and developers (Build Your First AI App), operations and process owners (Workflow Automation), and non-technical staff in marketing, sales, support, and HR (AI Tools for Non-Technical Teams). We also run combined programs for whole organizations and tailored cohorts for universities.
How long are the courses and what format do they take?
Format and duration are scoped to your goals. Programs typically run as a one-day executive workshop, a 2–5 day hands-on bootcamp, or a multi-week cohort with weekly sessions and applied projects. Delivery can be in-person, remote, or hybrid. We confirm depth, length, and format together during the inquiry call.
Do participants need a technical background?
No. AI for Business Leaders and AI Tools for Non-Technical Teams require no coding experience. Build Your First AI App is offered in two tracks — a no-code/low-code track and a full-stack track — so technical and non-technical attendees can both join. Workflow Automation works for any role responsible for processes, regardless of engineering background.
Should we train our existing team or hire AI experts externally?
For most companies, the right answer is both, in sequence. Train internal teams first so they can identify use cases, write good prompts, and own day-to-day AI workflows. Bring in external specialists when you need to ship a custom production system, fine-tune models, or solve novel ML problems. Internal training compounds; external help is leverage for specific projects.
How is this different from generic online AI courses?
Three differences. First, content is tailored to your stack, industry, and existing tools — not generic slides. Second, instructors are practitioners who build and ship AI products, not full-time educators. Third, every program ends with a concrete output your team can use: an evaluation framework, an automation roadmap, a working prototype, or a shortlist of high-ROI opportunities.
What does the AI Academy cost?
Pricing depends on program length, number of participants, customization, and delivery mode. We scope and quote each engagement after the inquiry call. For procurement teams, we can provide fixed-fee proposals and standard SOW templates. Reach out via the form on this page to get a quote for your team.
